Welcome to the official website of Chester (PA) Alumnae Chapter (CAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. We are delighted that you took a moment to visit our website. My name is Dr. Sirena Y. Bannister, and I am honored to serve as President of this dynamic, dedicated, and hardworking chapter. Since its chartering in January 1994, the Chester (PA) Alumnae Chapter has remained committed to servicing Delaware County.  The chapter is committed to Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action. We are a chapter that continues to set trends and lead the way. 

Our website is structured to provide you with insight and valuable information about Chester (PA) Alumnae’s programs and activities. Our programs are based on our organization’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:
